Conference
on Green and Healthy Homes: Exploring Finance, Investments, and Outcomes
Maastricht
University's European Center for Corporate Engagement and the MIT Center for
Real Estate are joining forces for an event to discuss the economics of
sustainability and health in housing markets. This one-day conference brings
together experts in housing finance and health and top researchers from ECCE,
MIT, and the University of Southern California. Two main topics will be
discussed: sustainable housing finance (both for rental homes and
owner-occupied homes) and the relationship between housing and health.
Just
some of the speakers are Andrea Chegut of MIT, Peter Göbel of ING Real Estate
Finance, Rogier Holtermans of the University of Southern California, Teun de
Jong of the European Investment Bank, Luca Bertalot of the European Mortgage
Federation, and Chris Pyke of Aclima.
